Business Unit Administrator - Spain

ABOUT THE JOB

We are expanding our team with a Business Unit Administrator to be based in our office in Madrid (Spain). This role will work closely with the Operations and HR Team, as well as with the Area Manager. You will be responsible for daily administration tasks for our Spain Business Unit based in Madrid. This position includes combination of logistical, organisational and administrative tasks.

We are looking for a candidate that is self-motivating, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure, with excellent communication skills and a proven experience in business administration.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels within the business
  • Good English skills (written and spoken)
  • Very good understanding of IT systems, including Excel
  • Flexible and able to work within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to self-motivate and manage own workload
  • Excellent organisational, multitasking and prioritisation skills
  • International experiences in communicating and understanding cultural differences
  • Highly motivated, driven to deliver highest standard of service
  • Team player
