The role

At Global Wind Service Poland, we are currently looking to appoint a HR Assistant.

You will be working closely with the employees and managers daily in an international environment.

Become a part of our GWS PL Team

With daily cooperation with our Global People Support Team you will play a vital role in executing cross-border administrative duties for site employees. Additionally, you'll contribute significantly to operational efficiency by managing essential employee documents required for company projects. The role will be based at our office in Szczecin, Poland.

Requirements


Responsibilities

  • Issuing employment documents
  • Maintaining employee records
  • Handling internal HR inquires via Helpdesk
  • Facilitating seamless communication across our organization
  • Providing administrative support to HR executives
  • Processing tasks within onboarding and offboarding


Requirements

Ideally, you will have:

  • Strong English skills
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
  • Demonstrable experience in HR administrative tasks
  • Solution oriented and service minded approach
  • Very good organization and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects
