Student Assistant HR Team

This role, based at our office in Koszalin, Poland will provide you with the flexible schedule to complete your studies while gaining professional experience. We therefore invite you to step into one of the fastest growing industries worldwide. We are seeking for a diligent and conscientious HR Student Assistant to join our global team.

Tasks

• Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations

• Issue, update, and manage employee contractual documents and data

• Maintain and update employee profiles in the HR system

• Assist in onboarding processes, including preparation of employment contracts and onboarding documents

• Support the HR team with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documents

Requirements

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student, preferably Administration or Human Resources

• IT literacy (in Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint)

• Interest in HR processes

• Strong focus on details

• High motivation to learn and hit the ground running in a fast paced, dynamic environment

• Team player, skilled in communicating with people from various backgrounds, open mind and flexible

• Good level of English – written and spoken
