
Student Academy Coordinator - Poland

Are you ready to gain hands-on experience in one of the world’s fastest-growing sectors, all while supporting our global training center? We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Student Assistant to join our team in Dobra and support the daily operations of the GWS Academy.
This flexible part-time role is ideal for a student who wants to balance university commitments with meaningful work experience. As an Academy Coordinator Assistant, you will be the backbone of our training facility – ensuring a welcoming environment, supporting office logistics, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
Tasks
Taking care of general office duties, printing, scanning documents etc.;
Ordering equipment and supplies via our IT-systems or outsourcing it locally;
Making everyday purchases for the office needs;
Welcoming delegates at the reception desk, assisting and supporting them during their stay (organizing catering etc.);
Assisting with administration arrangements;
Daily maintenance and cleaning of canteen and Academy premises.
Requirements
Requirements
Fluent in spoken and written English;
Proficient in MS office, especially MS Excel;
Excellent in communication and have good interpersonal skills;
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines;
Strong in organizational skills;
Positive in attitude with a focus on teamwork;
Confident when working in dynamic environment;
Have a valid driving license cat. B.
