The Role

At Global Wind Service, we are currently looking to appoint an Academy Coordinator.

You will be working closely with the delegates and instructors on a daily basis.

Become a part of our GWS Academy Team

With a direct reference to our Head of Global Wind Service Academy you will become part of a professional team managing various of administrative and clerical tasks, providing support to our managers and project teams, assisting in the daily life of the Academy, and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

The role will be based at our Academy in Dobra, Poland.

The job requires on-site presence.

  • Taking care of general office duties, printing, scanning documents etc.;
  • Ordering equipment and supplies via our IT-systems or outsourcing it locally;
  • Taking care of the training schedules;
  • Making everyday purchases for the office needs;
  • Welcoming delegates at the reception desk, assisting and supporting them during their stay (organizing catering etc.);
  • Assisting with administration arrangements, invoicing etc.;
  • Answering the office phone and be the first point of contact for all Academy matters.

Your profile

Ideally, you will have:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English;
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel;
  • Excellent in communication and have good interpersonal skills;
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines;
  • Strong in organizational skills;
  • Positive in attitude with a focus on teamwork;
  • Ready for full-time employment at our Academy;
  • Confident when working in dynamic environment;
  • Have a valid driving license cat. B.
