Position Summary:
- ◆ Executes the sales strategy for assigned key accounts
- ◆ Manages contract negotiations for assigned line of business
◆ Partners with Operations in sales, negotiations, and project delivery
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides guidance to finance and accounting team for project cost
- Partners with legal team for contract negotiations
- Develops sales goals and strategies that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the Business Development Director and Area Manager
- Manages and develops your customer portfolio and secures strong relationships and long-term partnerships
- Drives large tender processes
- Contributes to the internal structure and sales process to ensure customer-focus and a proactive sales effort and approach
- Negotiates contracts, including understanding commercial conditions and consequences
- Ensures internal coordination, handover, and partnership with Operations from project negotiation through project conclusion
- Develops effective means of communication with associates at all levels across the business to build a relationship of trust and respect
- Special projects as assigned
- Flexibility to travel up to 40%
- Flexibility to work overtime hours on weekly basis
- All other duties as assigned
