Siemens Level 4 Competent Technicians

Global Wind Service is seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our Service Technicians department as Siemens Competent Technicians. As a Siemens Competent Technician, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and repair of wind turbines, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on Siemens 3.6MW, 6.0MW, 7.0MW and 8.0MW wind turbines
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues
Repair or replace faulty components and ensure proper functioning
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and safely
Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately

Requirements

Job Requirements: Siemens Level 4 Competent Technicians

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Siemens Level 4 Competent Technician
Strong knowledge and understanding of Siemens wind turbine technology, in particular 3.6MW turbines
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing Siemens wind turbines
SGTT Level 4 certification & CT sign off
Valid GWO's including BTT
Medical
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Flexibility to travel and work in various locations as required
Valid UK driver's license & passport
