Requirements
Key Requirements:
Expertise: Working at Heights (WAH) and Advanced Rescue (ART) competence.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with high-angle rescue equipment and WTG environments.
English: Fluency is a must (international delegates & GWO documentation).
Soft Skills: Strong pedagogical skills, patience, and a safety-first leadership mindset.
Certification: IRATA Level 3 is highly desirable.
