Global Wind Service is seeking MCE Technicians to join our team, working on Onshore projects across the EU

As an MCE Technician, you will play a crucial role in main component exchange of WTGs to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

  • Perform Main Component Exchange and troubleshooting on wind turbine components
  • Conduct inspections and testing to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Requirements

Job Requirements for MCE Technicians at Global Wind Service


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Main Component Exchange and troubleshooting of wind turbines
  • Strong installation background
  • Mechanical or Electrical education preferred
  • Experience with Siemens, Senvion or GE turbines
  • Ability to work at heights and in challenging weather conditions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Able to work 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off rotation
  • Valid GWO's and OGUK medical
  • Valid EU passport and driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
