A few weeks ago, on-site activities started at Windpark Greenport Venlo in the Netherlands. Nordex Group awarded Global Wind Service installation of the eight turbines at the wind farm.
The team will build five N133/4800 TS135 and three N117/3675 TS134 single blade installation.

We have been present, locally in the country since 2009 and worked for Nordex Group on many projects over time, more recently on projects like Wieringermeer, Ospeldijk, and DMO to mention a few” said Wilko Baring, Head of Onshore Sales at Global Wind Service.
The eight turbines at Greenport Venlo will be located along the track between Venlo and Horst-Sevenum. Greenport Venlo is a region consisting of business parks, natural landscapes, and a campus – all committed to sustainability and sustainable energy. Once in operation, the 35 MW wind farm will produce enough electricity to power around 30,000 households.
