Global Wind Service Set To Enter US Blade Repair Market in 2024

We are pleased to announce, that we are gearing up to launch blade repair services in the United States during 2024. This strategic move comes on the heels of our strong track record in offering blade repair and maintenance solutions across Europe and the Asia-Pacific regions.

With a strong foothold in the wind energy sector, Global Wind Service has built a reputation for delivering high-quality services to our longstanding customers worldwide. The decision to expand into the US market underscores GWS commitment to meeting the growing demand for blade repair and maintenance services in one of the world's largest wind energy markets.

GWS has delivered maintenance activities ranging from a few turbines to large scale turnkey campaigns with +100 turbines in the scope across all major wind turbine brands. We have been eager to get started with offering blade service in the US but are conscious that a diligent knowledge and skill transfer will be vital. We have therefore selected some of our key members from our EU team who will be dedicated to this startup to ensure a solid and lasting foundation.
