The Role
At Global Wind Service Poland, we are currently looking to appoint a HR Specialist.
You will be working closely with the employees and managers daily.
Become a part of our GWS PL Team
With a direct reference to our Area Manager you will become part of a professional team managing various HR topics and providing support to our managers and employees as a guideline in our organization.
The role will ideally be based at our office in Szczecin.
Responsibilities
- HR Administration.
- Point of contact to our employees in HR matters.
- HR Guidance for Line Managers.
- Understand and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Cooperation with external payroll company and OSH providers.
- Maintaining and managing HR documentation and employee files.
- Process new hires, onboarding and offboarding.
- Assisting with benefits of employees.
- Participation in daily and ad-hoc tasks of HR department.
- Co-creating organizational culture.
