Training Coordinator

Global Wind Service US is looking for a TRAINING COORDINATOR to be based in Carrollton, Texas. The position would ideally suit a self-starter who is highly organized and proactive.


TYPICAL DUTIES WILL INCLUDE
- Monitor, organize and schedule technical training classes for wind turbine technicians

- Communicate with technicians about training schedules, travel, job expectations, etc.

- Maintain communication & sharing of certificates with counterparts in EU
- Review invoices related to trainings for accuracy
- Maintain and/or establish contact with external training centers in US
- Monitor training data in Saviom and multiple customer training platforms

- Provide support to HSEQ Manager for administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels within the business
  • 3 years of administrative experience preferred
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Flexible and able to work within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to self-motivate and manage own workload
  • Available to travel occasionally
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Highly motivated, driven to deliver highest standard of service
  • Team player attitude
